Volunteers sought to transparent the ice

Ice sweeper auditions are being hold at the Triangle Sportsplex in Hillsborough on Sunday for the 2011 U.S. Figure Skating Championships, that are being hold in Greensboro.

Ice sweeper is the technical tenure for the kids who transparent the ice of pressed animals and alternative mementos tossed by spectators after a skater performs.

Organizers are seeking for volunteers in between the ages of 8 and 13. Volunteers contingency be a part of a U.S. Figure Skating club, or a Basic Skills participant, in the Carolinas.

More than 120 skaters have already practical to audition.
